Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk

Accountable Recruitment are supporting a company based near Wavertree as they recruit a Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk, for a period of 6 months.

The business work on a number of exciting projects and are leaders within their industry.

The position offers flexibility and would suit an adaptable and committed individual.

Location: Near Wavertree, 2 days in / 1 home

Hours: 3 days per week

Salary: Up to £27,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record purchase invoices
  • Prepare and schedule supplier payments
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate purchase ledger records
  • Communicate with suppliers to address queries
  • Assist with financial reports and audits

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ERP / Excel skills ideal
  • Good communication skills
