Receptionist

Act as first point of contact for all visitors and callers at UNL, ensuring that an efficient and customer focussed reception service is provided to give the best possible impression of the practice.

Answer telephone calls politely and efficiently, passing the call on to the appropriate team member and taking accurate messages when necessary.

Receive all mail coming into the office, ensuring that it is opened without delay. To sort outgoing mail and prepare it for despatch, including electronic mail.

Greet all visitors and provide a professional but friendly welcome, ensuring they are attended to efficiently.

Ensure that the reception area is presentable and welcoming.

Provide and administrative support service to the business, including word processing, filing, photocopying etc.

Work openly and co-operatively with the other Receptionist, covering for each other's absences and sharing information and ideas about the reception service for the benefit of the practice.
