Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Salary: Up to £35,000 pa
Hours: Full time

Main areas of responsibility:
- Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations
- Maintain and update payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and bonuses
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management
- Handle all areas of pension administration including setting up new pension schemes
- Ensure compliance with tax obligations and other payroll-related regulations
Required Skills & Desired Experience:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role
- Payroll software experience, ideally Sage
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and regulations
- Wide Knowledge of HRMC processes and pension schemes
