Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading Manufacturing firm based in Aztec West, Bristol with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisors to join its expanding team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join a client focused team, away from a call centre/scripted environment, where you will provide advice and solutions to a range of product related queries.
The company have clear development and progression plans in place for their employees, including a salary increase and generous bonus within the first 6 months, then continued regular salary increases over the next 3 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting with customer orders and requests.
- Logging customer communication on the database.
- Advising on all products and pricing.
- Managing all product related queries.
- Gaining and reporting on all customer feedback.
About you:
- 1-2 years' customer service background
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
The role:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
