Description
- Oversee all QHSE initiatives within the company.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement QHSE management systems.
- Conduct QHSE audits and inspections.
- Implement training programmes to enhance QHSE awareness.
- Manage incident investigations and report on findings.
- Continually strive for improvement in all QHSE-related areas.
Profile
A successful QHSE Manager should have:
- A degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field would be beneficial however not essential
- NEBOSH qualification is essential
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001
- Extensive knowledge of QHSE regulations in the Industrial industry.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Must have a full clean drivers license
