FUNERAL ARRANGER SUNDERLAND £27,500
A rapidly expanding organisation is looking for a caring Funeral Arranger to guide families through the whole funeral process. You will make a real difference to families during a difficult time in their lives, within this role you will also be trained as a Funeral Director to support the business needs.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a Funeral Arranger your key duties will include:
- Providing a warm welcome to the branch.
- Engaging with families in a supportive, caring and considerate manner.
- Guiding families through the whole funeral process.
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork and documentation is completed accurately, and on time.
- Providing a detailed handover to the Funeral Director, to ensure that every detail goes to plan on the day.
- Playing an active role within the community, building strong working relationships as well as organising fundraising activities to support local organisations.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be considered for the role of Funeral Arranger you must have:
- Previous experience within a funeral environment is desirable, but the right attributes are more important as full training will be provided.
- Impeccable interpersonal and listening skills, with a caring approach.
- Strong admin skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good level of Maths and English.
- Full valid driving licence.
