This London based university, is currently embracing hybrid work models and is on the hunt for an adept Payroll and Pension Manager with a wealth of experience operating at a senior level within Payroll
The Role:
The Head of Payroll and Pensions, reporting directly to the Deputy Director of Finance and collaborating closely with colleagues in People and Organisational Development (POD), will play a key role in advancing the department's objectives. Leading the service delivery, the incumbent will prioritize a user-centric approach while upholding rigorous financial control and compliance with regulations and policies.
This role will be instrumental in fostering a work culture grounded in professionalism, emphasizing collaboration, cross-functional teamwork, exceptional customer service, and innovation
The Successful Candidate:
- Full and current member of CIPP or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience in managing teams
- Experience on systems and excel
- Demonstrable experience in Payroll and Pensions
