About the Role:

Are you a creative and passionate Drama Teacher looking to inspire students through the performing arts? Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and dynamic Drama lessons that inspire students and foster their creativity.
  • Develop and implement a varied and exciting curriculum that includes performance, improvisation, and technical aspects of drama.
  • Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages students to express themselves and build confidence.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the drama curriculum and contribute to school productions and events.
  • Participate in school performances, drama clubs, and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, Performing Arts, or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for Drama and performing arts.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to inspire and engage students through innovative teaching methods and performances.
