Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am - 2pm (39 hrs per week)

The company - Working within the automotive industry (they manufacture engines for high end cars such as Ferrari Bentley and Porsche)
The role
- TIG / MIG Welding and fabrication from scratch
- Metals including mild steel stainless steel aluminium and carbon
- Fabrication 60 % welding 40%
- Automotive experience essential
- All bespoke
- Building JIGs and testing RIGs
- Create complex sheet metal welded fabrications from engineering drawings.
- Modify existing parts so they can be fitted to test rigs
- Repair components which have failed during testing
- Provide advice and guidance to the design team on welding.
- Ensure welding and fabrication equipment is fit for purpose and maintained correctly
The candidate
- You will have TIG & MIG welding experience
- Must be able to fully fabricate from scratch
