Logistics Administrator
Role Overview:
Support the Supply Chain function to meet business supply requirements, manage preferred suppliers, and ensure smooth third-party operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and new factories with the Logistics Lead.
- Assess new factories for product capabilities, capacity, and alignment with company objectives.
- Liaise with suppliers/factories as directed.
- Stay updated on trends, innovations, and technologies to enhance services.
- Support quality control and compliance standards in new factories.
- Ensure ethical, diverse, and sustainable company values.
- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies, and third-party warehouses for timely deliveries.
- Foster positivity within the Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Compliance teams.
- Support customer project teams with updates in emails and meetings.
- Collaborate with internal departments for efficient task execution.
- Assist the Logistics Lead in developing new projects and processes.
- Oversee warehouse capacity usage for efficiency.
- Proactively communicate supply chain delays and escalate potential risks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supply chain best practices.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong numeracy skills for data analysis.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Understanding of shipping manifests, international freight, and supply chain.
- Strong planning, organisational, and administrative skills.
- Effective time management and deadline delivery.
- Willingness to work extra hours if needed.

- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
