Experienced lift repair engineer required. My client is an established provider on repairs, service and modernisation to customers across London. Due to continued growth and success, they are currently looking to recruit a Lift Repair Engineer to be based, responsible for attending customer sites inside the M25 and across the home counties for both planned maintenance and breakdown repairs.
This role requires a manual driving licence.
Lift Repair Engineer Position Overview
- Attend customer sites across London and the home counties to attend breakdowns and undertake planned repairs and reactive repairs
- Provide technical support and advice to customers to maximise the first-time fix rate
- Maintain a professional image at all times to represent the company
- Conduct safety checks and tests to ensure lift systems comply with relevant safety standards and regulations
Lift Repair Engineer Position Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience within a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer position
- Relevant qualifications for the position e.g., City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 or above
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues, customers and management
- Self-motivated, reliable and organised
- Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel with the role
- Based in London or the home counties
- Good experience working on all types of lift equipment.
Lift Repair Engineer Position Remuneration
- £42,000-£52,000 salary dependant on experience
- Working hours 8:00 - 17:00
- Overtime available
