Job Title: Locum Planning Lawyer

Job description: We're currently recruiting for a Planning Lawyer to join a highly reputable law firm situated in Lancashire.
The firm are willing to consider both full or part-time applicants, whilst the position will be for an initial period of 9 months with the likelihood of extension.
Duties:
- A qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in planning law.
- Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy
- Dealing with a caseload of s.106 matters
Hourly rate: Negotiable (Outside IR35)
Hours per Week: Willing to consider both full or part-time applicants
