This position is for a dedicated and dynamic Customer Support Specialist ideally with an understanding of supply chain, warehousing and logistics providers. This role will provide vital customer service support, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Description

  • Provides an excellent standard of customer service in written and spoken communication. (email, CRM and phone)
  • Follows departmental processes and procedures.
  • Communicates with line manager and team on day to day operational issues to ensure smooth running.
  • Liaises with other departments and whenever required.
  • Brings increased efficiencies to the daily operational activities, resulting in increased value for the customer as well as internal process improvements.
  • Product updates, changes, supersession and new stock implementation.
  • Contributes to warehouse audits (occasional travel required)

Profile

A successful Customer Support Specialist should have:

  • Some understanding of supply chain, warehousing and logistics providers
  • Proven experience in a B2B customer support/order administration role
  • Strong skills in communication and problem-solving.
  • Good Excel skills; able to create pivot tables and analyse data from a large spreadsheet
  • Experience of resolving customer issues over the phone and via email or CRM system
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Job Offer

  • Annual salary range of £27,000 - £30,000.
