This award-winning estate agency is looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to be based in its highly successful, modern office in Limehouse.

The main purpose of this role is to manage a portfolio of approximately 110 residential lettings properties, ensuring all maintenance issues are resolved with a high level of landlord and tenant satisfaction. Therefore, they are looking for an individual with at least 2 years' experience who is ideally ARLA/NFoPP qualified to join their team.

Responsibilities will include:
- Successfully managing your own portfolio of properties
- Dealing with daily maintenance, urgent works in a competent, timely manner
- Ensuring gas/electrical safety checks are up to date
- Arranging inventories, check in and check outs
- Advising utility companies of meter readings
- Co-ordinating of estimates and arranging of repairs with contractors, liaising between landlords and tenants
- Negotiating and co-ordinating renewal contracts
- Negotiating the return of deposits between landlords and tenants
- Daily correspondence
- Preparing tenancy agreements.
Essential experience, skills & knowledge:
- Previous experience in residential property management
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping
- ARLA qualified preferred, but not essential
- Proficiency in property management software is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
The package for this role will include a basic salary in the region of £30,000 to £40,000 dependent on the level of experience, plus a bonus incentive.
