Ada Meher are proud to be partnering with a scaling SaaS company based in Sheffield as they recruit a Product Manager to help them drive innovation and growth in their product's technical roadmap. Having recently secured some minority investment the company are looking to push into new markets and diversify revenue streams over the next 12 months and, with the crucial role their software team will play in this, are looking for an experienced candidate to help shape the future of the product suite.

Due to the autonomy and ownership this role will hold, the ideal candidate will have prior experience across the full product lifecycle, from market and competitor analysis & strategy work to feature planning & creating user stories for the dev team. You will work as part of a Scrum team including UX and Product Designers with an ethos of data-driven decision making. In return you will have the autonomy and ownership over the role to deliver results in your own image in a business set up for growth. As the business & product team scales, they will be implementing more processes and documentation into their product function, and this candidate will have a key role in helping them set up for success.

To Be Considered:

  • Demonstrable experience in a Product Manager role
  • Experience forging and implementing new processes in a growing business
  • Experience in setting product vision/strategy
  • Experience with requirements gathering and requirement analysis
  • Experience feature planning and creating user stories
  • Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge
  • Experience of prioritisation of backlog
