THE COMPANY

This global law firm has been rapidly expanding over the last few years, with offices now across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and North America. They provide an inclusive and collaborative environment to encourage development and progression for their employees. This is a great opportunity for an experienced EA to join a well respected law firm in a challenging and exciting role.

THE ROLE

To provide a high level of support to the Global Director of HR and the Heads of HR. Duties include:

  • Diary management

  • Meeting management, such as Global HR meetings

  • Events planning and organisation, including management meetings, workshops and social events.

  • International travel management

  • Document work

  • Filing, e filing and archiving

  • Processing invoices and expenses

  • Coordinating and supporting HR internal processes, such as reports, project planners and charting.

  • Assisting with production and distribution of management accounts reports

  • Supporting the partners when needed with HR assistance such as

  • Managing absences, sickness, maternity leave and terminations

  • Internal relocations

  • Amending agreed terms

  • Managing salary and bonus review process

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • At least 5 years' experience working in a similar role at a senior level.
  • Experience working in a law firm, or professional services partnership.
  • Advanced IT Skills; proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (including knowledge of pivot tables and graphs).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise an everchanging workload.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Tenacity to see projects and tasks through to completion.
  • Good team-working/building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to build relationships at all levels across the business and with external contacts.
