Mobile plumber/gas engineer
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a high end residential maintenance company who also work within facilities maintenance are looking to add to their mobile team with a qualified plumber and domestic gas engineer to work on sites in within London
On a day to day basis you will be visiting sites within the portfolio and carrying out:
- Carry out service and breakdowns and some general plumbing duties.
- Planned and reactive maintenance.
- Lamping
- Emergency light testing
- Complete installations.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Carrying out minor remedial works.
The Domestic Gas Engineer will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Relevant Domestic Gas qualifications - CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1, DAH1, WAT1, CPA1
- City and Guilds/NVQ in plumbing
- Previous experience of a similar role working for a maintenance contractor.
- Installation experience would be a bonus.
- Ability to work unsupervised and independently.
- Full Driving Licence is essential.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and smartly in both Domestic and Commercial properties.

Pay: £38000 - £45000.00 per year dependant on experience
