We are currently seeking a BMS Engineer to join our dynamic Energy Services team. This role is crucial in maintaining and optimizing the performance of our 25 Heat Networks and Energy Centres across London. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and collaborative professional, capable of managing their time effectively and ensuring the efficient operation of our sites.

Job Title: BMS Engineer (Energy Services)

Job Summary: As a BMS Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance, repair, and reactive services. Your role will involve taking over each site's BMS system, setting up remote logins and alarm handling, reviewing asset ages, and compiling critical spare lists. You will also identify single points of failure, review site strategies, and collaborate with other trades to ensure a cohesive approach.

Short-Term Objectives (12 months):

  • Take over each site's BMS system

  • Review site strategies against operational designs
  • Collaborate with other trades during servicing

Role Description: The BMS Engineer will deliver maintenance to SFG-20 standards, perform repair works, and provide reactive services. Responsibilities include producing or back-engineering software strategies, installing and modifying supervisor graphics, and demonstrating system capabilities.
