Technical Manager

Your role will encompass ensuring compliance with industrial contracts, overseeing design standards, and spearheading enhancements in design and technical protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely and thorough reviews and approvals of design documentation.
- Guarantee the efficacy of design quality assurance procedures.
- Possess specialized expertise in engineering and industrial refrigeration plant design.
- Actively contribute as a member of the Technical Management Team.
- Offer technical expertise and guidance, including support for sales and commissioning.
- Aid in resolving technical challenges during and post-contract periods.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing system efficiency and reducing costs.
- Spot potential areas for improvement and the development of new designs and systems.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Hold an engineering qualification (minimum HND, degree preferred).
- Demonstrate industry experience in a technical/design capacity within industrial refrigeration.
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Display proficiency in communication, both written and verbal.
- Possess the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
