Contracts Manager / Regional Manager
Permanent /mix of home/offfice-based
£47 - £50k (plus car allowance) bonus, pension etc.
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager / Regional Manager to take on the responsibility for a team of trades in the Wakefield / Sheffield / Leeds area. Insurance claims reinstatement / restoration projects.
Job role and responsibilities
This role will suit an experienced contracts manager with staff/team management experience who has (ideally) worked within the insurance repairs industry. Managing property repairs/emergency/ restoration works or renovations from inception to completion and having experience in being responsible for a team of trades/technicians is essential for this role. The successful candidate will need to live in or around the Wakefield / Leeds / Sheffield area.
Responsibilities:
- Staff management
- Performance management
- Ensure projects are programmed/scheduled effectively and profit margins are achievable
- KPI / SLA management
- Investigation and resolution of complaints
- Recruitment of staff (trades team)
- Ensure all work projects are fully managed and progressing to time and within budget
- Oversight of Health & Safety, reviewing compliance and audit reports
- Ensuring good relationships are maintained with third parties (client's/homeowners)
Package details
In addition to the Contracts Manager / Regional Manager salary (negotiable dependent upon experience around £45-50k) you will have a car allowance, paid holiday, pension & bonus etc.
