I'm currently recruiting for a complaints handler to join a well-established client in Bristol Central, on a temporary (a few weeks, potentially longer), full-time (40 hours) basis, fully based in the office 5 days a week.

Start: ASAP

Key responsibilities:

  • Handling customer and colleague complaints in a timely and professional manner, following the company guidelines and GPDR regulations
  • Logging relevant case information on the appropriate systems
  • Analysing complaint trends and producing reports
  • Informing the relevant internal departments and external keyholders about relevant complaints/disruptions
  • Applying resolutions that prevent complaint reoccurrence

Key requirements:

  • Strong complaints handling background
  • Customer Service background
  • Patient, polite, and tactful approach to difficult customer queries
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
