I'm currently recruiting for a complaints handler to join a well-established client in Bristol Central, on a temporary (a few weeks, potentially longer), full-time (40 hours) basis, fully based in the office 5 days a week.

Key responsibilities:
- Handling customer and colleague complaints in a timely and professional manner, following the company guidelines and GPDR regulations
- Logging relevant case information on the appropriate systems
- Analysing complaint trends and producing reports
- Informing the relevant internal departments and external keyholders about relevant complaints/disruptions
- Applying resolutions that prevent complaint reoccurrence
Key requirements:
- Strong complaints handling background
- Customer Service background
- Patient, polite, and tactful approach to difficult customer queries
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
