Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an Executive Assistant / PA on behalf of our Luton based client.
The role will also include some office management duties.
Reporting to and working for the MD and dealing with administrative tasks for senior managers too.
Essential Requirements:
- Must have previous experience working as an Executive Assistant and PA.
- Office management experience will also be ideal.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- The ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
- Strong MS Office skills to include advanced PowerPoint and intermediate level Excel is required.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
The Role:
- General administrative and PA tasks as required, to include dealing with confidential correspondance, booking and arranging flights, actioning voice notes etc
- Office management tasks such as dealing with facilities admin, repairs etc and managing fleet cars / vehicles.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am-5 pm (Some flexibilty ie: for school drops and pick ups)
This is a hybrid role with 3 days remote and 2 days in the office.
Salary: £30,000 pa + Benefits
