CTO / CPTO / Chief Technology Officer / Chief Product Officer / Chief Product Technology Officer
We're working with the SLT & Co Founders of a well known FinTech who are looking to bring in a interim CTO / CPTO who they've described as a Strategic Technologist to help them review one of their key products/propositions and the future. Their products are used by millions of customer in the UK.
This will have an emphasis on the key themes of Digital Product, Customer, Data, Automation and AI.
The ideal person was described by the leadership team as being someone senior, but not afraid to roll their sleeves up, a technologist, someone who can challenge the status quo, and someone who will have the gravitas to instil confidence with the board and founders.
- Experience of working in a regulated FS environment, ideally within a fintech / start-up / smaller environment
- Mortgage / Financial advice experience isn't a mandatory, but a strong preference
- A strong technology background, ideally with strong experience around digitisation, automation and AI tools
- Someone that has done things like strategic reviews / audits for businesses / propositions
- Someone that can see and understand the bigger picture from a business / proposition perspective, but can also be down in the detail on the technology tools
