Commercial Order Co-ordinator

Our established and successful Manufacturing client in Caerphilly are recruiting for a Commercial Order Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and efficient processing of customer orders to meet deadlines.
  • Proactively calling customers to obtain essential project/site information for delivery scheduling.
  • Liaison with manufacturing teams to ensure the best delivery dates are secured to meet customer requirements
  • Provide solutions to customer order queries.
  • Maintain contact with internal team and customers to ensure accurate order progression.
  • Resolve customer return requests and invoice queries promptly to ensure customer payments progress.
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers and colleagues alike.

Person Specification:

Enthusiastic about customer needs, able to anticipate issues and problem solve in a fast-paced changing environment.

  • Experience of working in a customer orientated, fast paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • Highly detailed in approach, with good problem solving skills.
  • IT confident, with knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel or equivalent packages.
  • Good people, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Technical experience form a technical industry would be highly desirable.
