JOB TITLE: Health & Safety Admin

COMPANY: Services

CONTRACT: 3 month temporary contract, potential to extend or go perm

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

START: ASAP - must be immediately of have a short notice

PAY RATE: £12.38ph

LOCATION: Dorchester - HYBRID ROLE

As a Health and Safety Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing a wide range of administrative support to the Health and Safety department. From taking meeting minutes to managing travel arrangements, your contributions will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of the team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include word processing, document production and database management.

Duties:

  • Document preparation
  • Data administration and input
  • Maintain database systems
  • Provide H&S advise to team members
  • Minute taking in meetings
  • Liaising with internal employees regarding cases and incidences

Experience and requirements:

  • Minimum 4 GCSE passes - Grade A*- C - able to provide proof of
  • Administration experience and knowledge of GDPR
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in word processing and document production (MS Office, Google Suite)
  • Familiarity with database management and reporting systems
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure
  • A positive and proactive attitude
