Marketing Manager - Travel & Sport!

We are working with a leading business that offers sports coaching to children on holiday, in partnership with some of the exclusive luxury hotels and resorts providing children and families with the holiday of a lifetime. It really is a special and unique product. They are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts.

Marketing Manager - What will I be doing?

You will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
  • Campaign Management: Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and traditional channels.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.

Marketing Manager - What experience do I need?

  • Ideally you will have experience of marketing within the travel industry - if not then a B2C environment is desired.
  • You will need a solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools to track performance and ROI.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with successful marketing campaigns and business results.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Passion: A passion for marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.

Marketing Manager - What else do I need to know?

This role is a full-time role - 4 days in the office one day at home, salary dependent on experience £45k - £55k plus bonus subject to performance. 25 days holiday plus your birthday off.
