My client, a utilities organisation, has an exciting opening for a 2 nd Line Support Analyst to join their team. The role will involve managing IT Incident requests and providing onsite and remote support across various sites.
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for taking ownership of 2 nd line technical issues and providing support to customers, managing IT incidents/ requests, and providing a high level of customer service.
The following are essential:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar IT Support Analyst role
- Experience of working with ticketing systems
- Windows 7,10,11
- Good understanding of the M365 technical stack (OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
- Experience with MS Suite (Exchange, Teams)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A clean and valid driving license
This role would suit an experienced 2 nd line support engineer looking to utilise and develop their skillset.
