We are recruiting for a Claims Team Support position on behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the energy industry. Join our client's dynamic and collaborative team as a Claims Team Support and play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Claims Team.

Summary:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Huthwaite, NG17
  • Pay Rate: £18.75 per hour
  • Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, log, and distribute all new claims promptly and accurately
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post efficiently
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and disbursements to ensure accurate financial records
  • Update the claims database using established procedures
  • Maintain the claims archive system meticulously
  • Respond to both verbal and written queries from internal and external customers
  • Handle calls related to Road Traffic Accidents in adherence to established procedures
  • Provide general administrative support to the Claims Handlers

Requirements:

  • Previous clerical and administrative experience, demonstrating strong attention to detail
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A confident telephone manner for effective customer communication
  • Ability to work independently, showing initiative even in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
