Compliance Officer
Prestigious UK law firm client seeks to hire a Compliance Officer to join their busy finance team in London on a permanent basis.
- Salary to £45,000
- Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
- 9am – 5pm / 9:30am – 5:30pm
Fantastic Compliance Officer opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience of working within a London law firm where you have dealt with AML processes and procedures.
Compliance Officer Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and controlling the firm's risk and compliance in relation to AML/CTF/KYC checks
- Researching and confirming the identities of clients
- Locating and obtaining company incorporation or regulatory information for clients
- Maintaining an internal AML database of CDD information about the firm's clients
- Reviewing conflict checks
- Maintaining knowledge of changes in the AML regulations and undertaking regular training
Compliance Officer Key Skills & Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years' experience of dealing with AML processes gained from a law firm environment
- Knowledge of AML compliance software
- Strong communication skills
- Confident with all MS Office packages
