Nightshift Hygiene Manager

Shift: Nights
Pattern: Sunday to Thursday
Are you an experienced Hygiene manager looking for a new challenge?
We are working with a traditional family farming business based in Ely that grow and distribute root vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, parsnips etc.
Previous experience as a Hygiene Manager is preferred however, willing to consider someone with extensive supervisory experience pushing for their break into a full-time management role.
Key accountabilities include:
- Optimising Hygiene standards through use of SOP's and/or CIC's
- Improving quality performance through optimum hygiene standards
- Improving yield performance through optimum hygiene standards
- Nurturing a high-performance workforce
- Cost reduction/lean processes/continuous improvement programmes
- Improving safety and well-being
- Delivery of labour budget for you team
- Improving the engagement level of employees
- Delivery of departments KPI's and own PDR objectives
- Key member of the site's HACCP team.
- Ensure that COSHH regulations and all Health, Safety, Company Policies and Procedures are followed.
- Ensure that the site is always audit ready, BRC & Customer audits.
Essential Experience / Qualifications
- 3 years in a similar role managing a team within a challenging environment
- COSHH Trained
- HACCP Level 2
- FLT Trained
- First Aid Trained
- Fire Marshal
