A specialist UK manufacturing firm in Guildford is looking for a Finance Assistant to support their friendly finance team on a temporary basis. This is a short-term requirement to cover increased workload, due the ongoing success and growth of the business. The assignment is expected to last for at least 2-3 months and could run until the end of the year.

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?
- Purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliations (multi-currency).
- Assisting with client billings and dealing with billing queries.
- Supporting with all transactional tasks across the finance function.
- General finance administration.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:
- Previous experience in a similar role with exposure to purchase ledger, sales ledger and bank reconciliations, ideally in multiple currencies.
- Happy to assist with lower-level duties and to cover for other team members as required.
- A team player with a collaborative, ‘can do' attitude and common sense.
- AAT L4 / AAT active studier / degree in Accountancy & Finance.
