An Ofsted rated 'good' school in Hatfield are looking for someone to join their friendly and nurturing team as a Primary Teaching Assistant from April. The recently developed school comprises of specific outdoor learning spaces for their youngest children, development of forest school areas and growth of woodland maze and the addition of an outdoor gym. The inclusive school aims to make learning enjoyable, safe and enriching. They are able to offer constant support and encouragement to all their Teaching Assistants through their focus on collaborative work, and continuous training and development.

Position: Primary Teaching Assistant

Position start date: September 2024
Contract type: Full-time
Salary: £85 - £90 per day
Key skills the ideal candidate will have:
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Able to establish positive relationships with students and teachers
- Experience working with young people or SEN in any capacity
- Friendly, creative and patient
- Be reliable and punctual
- Able to commute to Hatfield
