I am looking for Programme Manager for one of my insurance client, this is on a AI transformation programme. The role will be leading and managing the set-up of a new programme, leaveraging skills in AI/GEN AI and data analytics in delivering AI transformation programme.
Key Skills
- Previous experience leadign AI transformation projects
- Extensive experience successfully delivering complex projects, including major programmes of work. Must be able to demonstrate significant experience delivering programmes and/or large-scale projects with multiple work streams in.
- Proven track record in successfully delivering AI/Gen AI operational and transformation projects, including automation of complex processes and data & analytics.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects alongside the direction, leadership and motivation of cross functional project teams
- Strong vendor management skills including contract negotiation.
- A good knowledge of technical change management
