Job description:
- To work within the team to provide dietetic cover to Paediatric patients in the community of St Helens and Knowsley.
- The caseload consists of faltering growth, cows milk protein, allergy and general paediatrics.
- Patients are seen face to face in clinics, in their own homes or telephone clinics.
- Hybrid working will be considered, can consider some home working, would ideally like a mix of home and office.
