ZG Recruitment is currently assisting a fantastic organisation with huge plans for development providing the best possible care to each and every service user alongside investing in their staff to ensure you enter your finest employment to date. This is a brand-new care service recently created by a team of extremely enthusiastic Managers and Directors. They want to do something different to the norm and give everything they can to succeed in not just a well looked after clientele, but to give everything they can to their staff team.
As a well valued Support Worker, you will be caring for young adults aged 18 - 35 years of age with complex care needs. This can include; extreme Autism, nonverbal, wheelchair use and very challenging behaviour. We have two services; a day centre where a number of service users will use the setting between Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm and an overnight respite service for up to 5 service users at any one time
To apply for this role ideally you will hold the following; (the below is not essential)
A driving licence and access to your own car however this is not essential as using public transport with your service users is encouraged
A completed Care Certificate
Qualifications relevant to the health and social care sector
Good complex care experience
