- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating closely with department heads to develop accurate financial plans and targets.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Partner with business leaders to offer financial insights and support decision-making across all levels of the organisation.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop robust financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and business opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess business performance and derive actionable insights.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
The key requirements for this Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager role include:
- Professional qualification (ACA. ACCA, CIMA).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and other relevant software tools.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business results and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
