Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a Lettings Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the entire lettings process, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to landlords and tenants. The Lettings Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the lettings department through effective management, strategic planning, and outstanding customer service.
The candidate can have graduated from Uni within the last year or so with less experience or have multiple years in the game. Providing you have a hungry, determined attitude and can prove your worth!
Key Responsibilities:

Property Management:

Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.

Conduct property inspections, arrange maintenance, and handle tenant queries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Coordinate tenancy renewals, terminations, and deposit returns.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and potential clients.

Provide expert advice to landlords on market conditions, rental values, and property improvements.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns effectively.
