Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Plan and oversee the transportation of products from the warehouse to customers.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure optimal shipping solutions.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues that arise during transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to logistics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software / Microsoft Dynamics/AS400
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
