St Helen's Primary Academy is thrilled to be seeking an additional Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our recently Ofsted graded GOOD school at St Helen's Primary Academy. At St Helen's we are proud that our children have positive attitudes to learning, we deliver supportive leadership, and tailored professional learning opportunities. We are entering an exciting time for our school and now is a great time to join the fabulous and friendly team here at St Helens.

The Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is creative, fun-loving and experimental, who will be dedicated to our Academy and our children. This particular role will focus on covering lessons (preplanned) throughout the whole school to support with PPA and other areas of need. We value highly motivated and determined professionals who will make a real difference, creating opportunities to instill the skills children need to go on to lead a remarkable life.

Skills and experience we are seeking:

  • Experience in a Primary education setting
  • Experience of delivering bespoke 1:1 and small group sessions to children within a range of abilities
  • Able to cover prepared teaching lessons to full class sizes
  • Passionate about providing excellent education to all learners within the school
