Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working in a Contact Centre Environment handling a high volume of calls dealing with a range of enquiries ensuring each query is resolved promptly and efficiently and the best level of service is provided at all times!
You will be working closely with other members of the business to resolve any issues or concerns and inputting data on the case management system.
Profile
Previous customer service experience ideally this could be from a range of settings such as hospitality and retail
Passionate about delivering the best level of customer service
The ability to work in a busy environment and towards strict deadlines
Confident communicator over the telephone
A good team player
