We are recruiting for a ACCOUNTS FINANCE MANAGER to join a logistics company based in the Feltham area
Duties will include:
- To oversee the smooth running of the account department
- Accounts payable/ receivable, Sales Ledger, Billing and Credit Control
- Carry out credit checks & risk assessments on new clients
- Liaising with senior management and accountants when needed
- Processing invoices
- Handling any queries
- Reporting to the finance manager
- P&L Reports
Experience needed:
- Previous experience within all aspects of accounts/ finance
- Experience within cargo / freight forwarding/ logistics
- AAT LEVEL 4 trained
- Good knowledge Microsoft Excel / Sage / ASM / Boxtop
- You should be self motivated
- Attention to detail
Working hours:
- Monday- Friday 9.00-17.30pm office based
