We are looking for a dynamic graduate who is looking to make a difference as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school. The successful candidate will have a passion for education and ideally be looking to teach in the near future.
You will be working closely with the SEN department working closely with students who need additional support so any prior experience is highly desired.
Experience of working as a teaching assistant (desired not essential)
Have an interest in the education sector
Up to date enhanced DBS (or willing to process one)
A recent graduate (graduated within last 2 years) (Desired not essential)
Ability to engage with and inspire young learners

Role Summary
Your role will be to provide support either in-class, 1:1 tuition or to small groups of students with varying abilities, you will be encouraging and supporting individual pupils to reach their full potential whilst demonstrating a creative and determined attitude that will help motivate students..
You will be directly supporting the students, as well as helping to organise the teaching and learning resources available to students and staff.
