What You Will Do:
- Validate power supply architecture reliability and electronic parts circuit confirmation.
- Confirm layout of wiring loom and harness parts, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability meet design standards and regulatory requirements.
- Create and implement test plans and procedures aligned with project milestones.
- Formally report test results to design sections and upper management, including root cause investigation and recommendations for countermeasures.
- Provide technical support to production plants and field investigation support as needed.
- Manage suppliers and ensure the quality of electrical systems meets company standards.
What You Will Bring:
- Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience in electrical engineering.
- Understanding of electrical theory and operation of electronic devices.
- Experience with automotive CAD tools and electrical and electronic system development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with practical experience in using tools and techniques.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to travel as required.
