Field Service Engineer - Coffee

We're on the hunt for a Field Service Engineer to become a crucial part of a renowned international leader in the coffee machine industry.
Location: North West London (Ideal candidate will be located in NW or HA postcode area)
Hours: 40 hours standard working week plus 2.5 hours per week unpaid lunch break. Plus 5 hours travelling time paid at £10.50 per hour.
Basic salary: £30,000 - £32,000

What's in it for you?

- Weekly overtime rate is £24 per hour after 47.5 hours (explained below)
- Weekend overtime rate is £24 per hr
- Bank holiday overtime rate is £32 per hr plus an additional £50 standby.

Your Role:
- Install, commission, and set up the commercial coffee equipment.
- Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance services.
- Attend re-active break down and repair call outs.
- Operator training (e.g. Operation and cleaning of coffee equipment)
- Self-sufficient management of spare parts stock holding in Service Van
- To manage and supply timely paperwork, including full completion of service reports (with photos if required)
- To support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business.
- Monday - Friday and 1 in 4 weekends working on call.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experienced engineer with a background in electromechanics roles, e.g. white goods engineering.
