About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join our team in Redcar. This is a long-term temporary position covering both Spanish and French. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality language instruction to students, fostering a love for languages, and ensuring students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Spanish and French.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
- Participate in school events and activities as required.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Spanish and French at secondary level.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
