We are supporting a company based in Haddenham with recruiting for a full time Customer Service Advisor, paying between £24k-£27k depending on your experience. Hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5pm and Friday's 8:30am-1:30pm. Who doesn't love an early finish every Friday?

Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Greeting visitors on arrival into the office
- Responding to customer emails and answering incoming calls in a timely manner
- Processing customer orders using the inhouse ordering system
- Reviewing stock availability against orders, and flagging shortages or delays
- Providing despatch information and regular delivery updates to customers
- Developing a good understanding of customer requirements and strong working relationships with key customer contacts
- Raising quality concerns with the quality team
