Their disputes are often multi-jurisdictional and high profile. The firm's White Collar Crime and Fraud practice regularly deals with the Serious Fraud Office, the National Crime Agency, HM Revenue and Customs, and the Financial Conduct Authority. A significant proportion of the team's work relates to global investigations involving overseas law enforcement agencies and industry regulators. Many of their high-profile cases, involve matters including bribery and corruption, cum-ex trading fraud, benchmark manipulation, Ponzi schemes, carbon trading frauds, insider dealing, market abuse, boiler room frauds, tax evasion, sanctions and other financial crime.

The firm's Regulatory and Disciplinary Investigations team act for individuals and companies from all sectors of financial services, including banking, insurance and asset management, facing regulatory and disciplinary proceedings. The firm regularly advises professionals from other regulated sectors in relation to allegations of misconduct as well as advising company directors facing disqualification.

The team are now seeking an experienced White Collar Crime & Investigations Solicitor to join their team. Candidates should have excellent academics and have extensive experience in the full range of white collar crime and regulatory investigation matters gained from a highly regarded practice in London.
