We're working with a social housing provider in the East Midlands, who are looking for a Repairs Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This will be a three month contract to help with the day to day management of a busy repairs department, with an in house DLO.

Requirements of the Repairs Manager role

- Senior level experience within a social housing organisation
- 5 year's experience acting as a Repairs Manager
- Experience in managing an in house DLO
