Newstaff is recruiting for an excellent Administrator to work for Builders Merchants based in Wishaw ML2
The role is a mix of Administration, Sales and Customer Services
Duties:
- General administration
- Sales
- Sales administration
- Covering Trade Counter
- Credit Control
- Chasing and resolving invoice queries
- Communication with BM and Credit control department
- Running stock reports
- Chasing outstanding purchase orders
- Raising POs
- Booking in of supplier delivers
Must:
- Be a professional, organized, focussed self-starter
- Have a high attention to detail
- Be an adept Excel user
- Have a polite and helpful telephone manner
- Good customer service face-to-face and over the phone
- Come from an office background with experience in Sales and Customer Services
Salary & benefits
- Free on-site parking
- £12.14 per hour
- Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- This is a temp-to-perm role for the right person
- Starting ASAP
