Job Opportunity: ATA Carnet/Export Documentation Administrator

We are delighted to represent our client, who is currently seeking an ATA Carnet/Export Documentation Administrator for their office in Egham, Surrey. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a supportive environment with full training provided.

Position Details:

  • Location: Egham, Surrey
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays
  • Salary: £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and submit ATA carnets according to client specifications
  • Prepare and submit export documentation, including Certificates of Origin, for certification and embassy legalization
  • Provide quotations to clients
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines
  • Update the Carnet log sheet and manage returns to the Chamber
  • Handle general administrative duties
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • Team player with quick adaptability to new systems
  • Reliable with excellent timekeeping
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Our client is open to considering bright college leavers or individuals with limited experience in logistics, freight, or shipping industries.
